Digital Service
Model Gate supplies electronically delivered, metered access to software and third-party AI services. No physical product is shipped.
Immediate Performance
During checkout, the consumer is asked to expressly request immediate performance so that credits can be supplied and used without waiting.
The consumer is also shown an acknowledgement explaining how immediate performance and consumption may affect a statutory withdrawal right. Model Gate records the consent wording, version and time.
Withdrawal
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, it may generally be exercised within the legally prescribed period unless a lawful exception applies.
Any waiver, reduction or loss of that right applies only where the legally required conditions and express acknowledgements have been satisfied.
Digital-Service Remedies
Mandatory consumer rights relating to conformity, correction, price reduction, termination or reimbursement remain available where applicable. Nothing in the Terms excludes a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Online Withdrawal Function
An eligible consumer may also submit an account or contract withdrawal request through the available electronic account controls or by contacting [email protected].
Jurisdiction
French law governs the contract, but an eligible consumer retains any mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights applicable in the consumer’s country of habitual residence.
