Nature of the Service
Model Gate provides metered access to software interfaces that route requests to third-party artificial-intelligence models and related technical services. Model Gate is not a bank, payment institution, electronic-money institution, investment service, cryptocurrency exchange or money-transfer service.
Account balances are closed-loop service credits that can only be used to pay for eligible Model Gate services. They cannot be withdrawn as cash, transferred to another user, exchanged for currency or used to pay third parties.
Intellectual Property
The Model Gate website, panel, software, documentation, visual identity and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, model names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. References to third-party providers do not imply ownership, sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.
