B2B LLM terms of use
General service information. Commercial terms are agreed separately for each company.
Operator and service
LLC B2B LLM provides the B2B LLM service. Two options are available: access through the B2B LLM API gateway and direct provider access using agreed connection details. Available models and features depend on the access provided.
Connection and payments
Registration creates an account but does not guarantee company activation or access to every model. Connection follows review and agreement, taking into account the region, legal entity, payment method and provider availability.
Prices, currency, taxes, payment, access delivery and refund handling are specified in the applicable offer and agreement. Public reference rates and possible discounts of up to 50% do not replace an individual offer. Do not apply one access option’s terms to the other.
Protecting access
Keep credentials secure, assign appropriate employee permissions and review project settings. Revoke a disclosed key and contact support. Do not put secrets in client-side code, public repositories or support messages.
Using models
Use the service within the agreed scope and the applicable rules and provider terms. Models can make mistakes; review important results before use. Support for an API format does not imply identical features, models or media workflows.
Data and enquiries
Read Privacy and the AI service disclosure before sending data. Contact support about agreements, restrictions and disputed operations. Jurisdiction, retention requirements and any SLA are defined in the applicable company documents.
