External processing terms depend on the agreed route and access option.
Identifying providers
Confirm the models and providers available under your company’s offer. A model in the public catalogue does not mean all accounts’ requests use the same provider or region.
Points to agree
Before sending confidential data, request information about the processing chain, region, retention and training use. Do not transfer one model’s or direct-access option’s terms to another route. Required data-processing documents are agreed separately.
Changes
Review applicable terms when providers, models or access options change. Ask support for information relevant to your offer.
