Access delivery, payments and refunds
Your offer and agreement define delivery and payment terms.
Access delivery
Gateway access involves registration, email verification and company activation after terms are agreed. Direct access uses separately supplied provider connection details. Connection timing and access scope are determined for each company.
Payments
Payment method, currency, taxes, amounts and timing are agreed with regard to the region and legal entity. Check payment details, purpose and applicable documents before paying. Public reference rates and test-request prices do not replace the agreed service price.
A payment or service problem
Contact support with the invoice or transaction reference and a description. Include only information needed to review the issue. Refund eligibility and handling follow your company’s applicable terms; this page does not promise a universal deadline or automatic refund.
A failed request
A timeout does not by itself prove that no work or charge occurred. Check history and provide the request ID to support. Do not repeat a paid request just to discover its previous status.
