Data used by B2B LLM and points to confirm before submitting your company’s data.
Account and service data
The service operator is LLC B2B LLM. Contact details, company information, access settings and support messages are used to create and service accounts. Request, usage, cost and payment records support billing and reporting. Do not send unnecessary personal or confidential information.
Request and result content
Gateway requests are sent to the selected external provider for execution. Asynchronous inputs, media and results may be temporarily stored to execute jobs and deliver results. Diagnostic information can also include parts of requests and responses.
Result availability depends on the API and operation and is described in the relevant documentation or operation data. Retrieving a result does not by itself mean deletion of every related record. Do not use the service as the only archive of your results.
Providers and direct access
External provider processing terms are separate from B2B LLM storage. Direct access uses the agreed provider’s parameters and terms. Before sending sensitive information, confirm the route, region, retention, training policy and required contractual terms. No universal zero-retention or no-training guarantee is made for all providers.
Data enquiries
Use the B2B LLM contacts or account Support to ask about, correct or request deletion of data. Identify the account and request without supplying secret keys. Records needed for billing or disputed operations are considered separately from result files.
